Great Shipping and service. The only issue I had was how the flowers looked when recipient sent me photos. Didn’t look like all of the stems were there and they were droopy and drying out. Nothing like the pics online. I ALWAYS buy these in person in my own Sams club and they’re so beautiful and out of this world!! Not sure what happened with the ones that were sent, but not nearly as amazing! Sorry:( For the price, I thought they’d be better.

Good variety of flowers and excellent arrangement. Some were in great condition and lasted the promised week. But upon arrival, one of the roses had a stem broken in the middle and many of the small blue flowers were curved at the neck did not last long. The shipping package was adequate for protecting the flowers and they arrived exactly at the time promised. I just believe they were not the freshest to begin with. I could have returned them to Sam's, but it was too much of a hassle just to replace some of the flowers. For the price paid, I believe I could have gotten a fresher bouquet elsewhere.

The flowers are lovely but I have sent them twice this year and both times the recipient didn’t know who sent them. The message did not include who sent the flowers. Please fix this problem so the the names of the sender are visible on the message card.

No Gift Message Included, so my Aunt wrote on Facebook trying to see and calling who she wanted to thank for the gift of flowers, I filled out the gift and message box but No message was included. The flowers were lovely but my fault aging people are not flower arrangers so it was difficult for her to cut stems and make bouquet.
