I have contacted Sam's several times to let them know according to recipient of flowers that they never were delivered. I checked the address, it was correct. They would deliver to receptionist in the assisted living residence. The flowers were for a dear friend who had her 98 birthday. I was depending on these flowers to get to her in a timely manner. If you could help with this I am sure there must be a signature so I can track down what happened. Thank you for your help

I've ordered flowers from Sam's many, many times and have generally been very satisfied. However, this arrangement I purchased well in advance for Mother's Day is disappointing. My wife received and opened the flowers this morning and all of the roses have already begun to turn brown. Some of the other flowers are smashed or otherwise damaged and the greenery is wilted and already dying. I will be interested to see if there is any follow up from Sam's because if this is the quality they are now distributing I'll need to start shopping elsewhere.

What was sent doesn't look half as nice as the advertisement picture. This was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend. Very poor quality.

Not as large as expected or as shown in picture. Two sunflowers stems were broken, only leaving 2-3 inch stem so couldn’t put in vase.

These flowers were beautifully packed and preserved. My gift recipeiant said they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. Kudos to all!!

This is the second time sending this bouquet as a gift and both recipients just raved about how beautiful they were, shipping was great and they were just as beautiful as pictured. Prices are fantastic! Will keep on using Sam’s Club for my flowers!

Beautiful flowers that lasted a couple of weeks. Price was great with no hidden fees. Delivered on time. I will definitely use Sams Club again for flowers

My sister loved them! And she sent pictures of the box, vase, wrapping, everything! And a week later they flowers were still beautiful! Would definitely buy again and highly recommend!

Looks almost nothing like this like others have said.... the picture looks like 2x the amount of flowers you receive... the same bunch would cost about $15 at Walmart or Hy-Vee..Ruined Valentine's Day.. Was home when they arrived, trimmed stems and mixed food with warm water. Ended up with a droopy mess..

Not happy. Order flowers for my mother for delivery Friday May 8. She never received them, tracking is not available and the flower shop is closed on the weekend so my Mother does not get her flowers for Mother's Day. Thanks Sams Club. Do better. Raise my rates and service has gone downhill. Will never order flowers from Sam's Club again.
