I sent this as a birthday bouquet. The recipient sent a picture - not as full as the picture online, but pretty nonetheless. She was very pleased with the bouquet and the condition in which it arrived.

Flowers were not very nice some of them wilted on arrival.The greens were more like bush branches too over grown and wood too thick to cut. I expected better. I’ve always been pleased with Sam’s flowers but not this time.

Came a day late and the roses were not fresh. Colors were beautiful but disappointed in quality and delivery.

I wanted to believe the arrangement would be as pictured on the website. It arrived 3 whole days after the original date (FedEx's fault). However, even when it arrived, it had no other stems than 18 roses (only 5 took to water and might survive). No greenery stems, no sunflowers, no filler flowers. Would have been disappointing even if it had been on time. Got a full refund.

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter for her first Mother’s Day. The photo online looked very nice so I decided to take a chance and order them. What a mistake! The arrangement my daughter received was about half the size of the one pictured. Some of the flowers were already drooping. I was so upset and embarrassed. The delivery guy from FedEx, who was supposed to take a picture of the delivery, took a picture of his shoe instead! I can imagine why after seeing what the arrangement looked like. I contacted Sams customer service and after filling out a form and sending them a picture of the arrangement that was delivered, Sam’s issued me a refund. Lesson learned though. I will not order flowers from Sam’s again nor would I recommend anyone else do so. (I’ve tried to attach a couple of photos but this form is not allowing it)

I sent this arrangement to my Mom for Easter. I did order in advance and the flowers arrived several days late. My mother did nothing but complain how the selection of flowers was poor. She wasn't happy. I've ordered flowers numerous times from Sam's. My Mom has always said the flowers are beautiful and last quite a while. This was a big disappointment. Then late as well. Ugh

My Aunt really enjoyed this bouquet. She called me as soon as she opened the box and put them in a vase. She marveled at the sunflowers as well as the roses. She took delivery onbthe 13th of Aproil and said that they have all bloomed in the following days. I just got off the phone with her and she said they are still besutifuf. Today is Thursday April 28th

Looks almost nothing like this like others have said.... the picture looks like 2x the amount of flowers you receive... the same bunch would cost about $15 at Walmart or Hy-Vee..Ruined Valentine's Day.. Was home when they arrived, trimmed stems and mixed food with warm water. Ended up with a droopy mess..

I ordered this as a gift to ensure a professionally arranged bouquet and to save me a trip to the local club. I was disappointed in the quality of the arrangement that was delivered and use my limited amateur floral arranging skills to make it look acceptable. It did not look anything like the arrangement pictured online, but rather looked very much like the bouquets offered at the Club. Pay attention to the 1-3 star reviews.
