I was told that the flowers were delivered on time and are beautiful. The only negative is that they didn’t include my gift card message, only ‘Dear Mom’ was there.

Flowers were Pitiful, Not the same as Pictured or Advertised. Ended up buying more flowers in person from local Sam’s Club and Sprucing Up what was ordered online. The in store flower's I purchased Costless and were Nicer.

We sent this for a birthday gift and she loved it. The flowers lasted over two weeks and were exactly like the picture! I will order from Sams again!

Recipient said the flowers were the freshest they had ever received. I have one question to the supplier - why was I charged a delivery fee when I’ve never have before? It was shipped to a city, not a rural area.

Flowers were fresh and vibrant colors. Even after fluffing and arranging the flowers the bouquet was not as full as pictured and flowers were not cut in the shape/dimension pictured. Most flowers were the same height

I have been buying flowers from Sams Club for several years, and always appreciated their quality/price. The past two orders have not been up to their standards, this last order I placed for mothers day was terrible. I will not be ordering again. Roses were dead in a few days after delivery. I will need to find another place prices are higher, quality lower, not acceptable.

I ordered these for Mother's Day and they arrived on time but were in pretty bad shape. Some of the flowers were bent and they did not look much like the colors in the picture. I trimmed them and put them in water immediately but they probably aren't going to last more than a couple of days.

The flowers are great. There was a problem with the delivery. I spoke to Rose in floral customer service. Rose refunded the money and somehow got the flowers delivered on Saturday! Amazing customer service Rose!. I am going back to the customer service line and try to pay for the flowers now. These were for Mother's Day. An amazing customer experience . Thank you, Rose!
