The design is great. Easy to get the bag in and out, which is my biggest critique of most trash cans. The last can we had was some kind of engineering joke, basically a chinese fingertrap adapted to a trash can. This can is fantastic in comparison. There are two pitfalls I've seen in my 1 day of ownership: 1 - It scratches/scuffs easily and also shows fingerprints like nothing I've owned before. 2 - It is not properly packaged for shipping. I had to buy this twice - the first one showed up completely crushed and unrecognizable despite the outer box appearing undamaged. This is because the box has almost no reinforcements. Both cans showed up with significant scuff marks from movement within the packaging. If I were rating them on packaging... it would be bad. If I thought it would stay scuff free in our house, I'd return this one, too -- but, based on what it looked like after I tried to rub the scuff off with some stainless appliance cleaner and a very soft kitchen rag -- I'd say these are just very scratch/scuff prone. If scuffs, scratches, or fingerprints are going to be a thing that bothers you - I'd probably look at a different color or can.

I really like the trash can, however, I purchased this because it was “red” and it’s not really red, more of a rusty, orange tinted red. I kept it because I like the receptacle, but am disappointed in the color. Hince the 4 stars.

Purchased the Bronze and it came on time. Closed a bit loudly, but some rubber bumpers fixed that. Also got deodorizer to stick to the top to curb odors.

Awesome trash can that looks great at a reasonable price. Nice slow close so it doesn't slam when you release the pedal. Easy to clean and replace the bags.

Terrible quality! Very thin. Dents very easily. Shows finger prints. Last ... although not least ... this trash can doesn't have a stay open feature 😒 🙄 😑

I haven’t bought a new trash can in several years but I really like this one. Easy to empty and doesn’t tear a hole in the bag as you take it out. I love having the can inside the can. Great product.

I love the foot pedal to open the trash can. No dirty fingers touching the lid makes for easy cleaning. I also love that it closes slowly so no more loud lid closings. Overall, it's nice.

Very difficult to get the bag to stay around the sides of the can insert. The lid flies open, but not enough to actually get the can insert out. Its more of a thin metal than a stainless steal; not sure why people gave it such great reviews.

When the trash can was delivered, it has a dent in the corner of the lid. Like it was dropped on thst end. I was very disappointed, but I decided to keep it because everything else worked okay?

Great trash can! Love it. Easy to change the bags and keep clean. Worth every penny. Just needs the ability to keep the lid open if you are peeling veggies. Work around is just taking the inside compartment out instead.
