The box this product came in was damaged on all 4 sides, the garbage can is dented, as well. When I called customer service, they said they couldn't do anything because I am not a member. As a non-member, I had to pay extra to purchase this in the first place. I will not order from Sam's ever again, nor will I ever become a member. The worst customer service ever. Paid almost $90 and stuck with a damaged product. They do not carry this product in the store so I can't even swap it.

The Tramontina trash can has a very functional design and color assortment that fits very well in our kitchen where there is no place to conceal a trash can. Unfortunately the manufacturer has chosen to leave a flaw in the foot pedal that just about guarantees a stress fracture in the plastic that supports the foot pedal. They are very helpful with ordering a replacement part when you need it but for a few pennies to use a metal part instead of plastic part, they would have an outstanding product.

Looks nice. love the step on open, release and it closes. The only thing I would like to have had is a lock to hold the can lid up so the basket is easier to remove or if I want to peel veggies and have the waste go in with out having to stand on the pedal. But for the great price I can give up that feature. So 5 stars over all minus 1 for no lock device. Other then that you have yourself a great buy.

It's a nice looking garbage can however, the lid cannot stay up. If you are cooking, and you need to leave the lid up The lid automatically closes every time you step on the bar on the bottom. We currently own a simply human can in the lid, will stay up if you lift it. So we will be returning this, and buying another simply human.

Not what I wanted it to be. Center basket hard to get back in each time. Has to be further than needed from wall. Wish I would have spent 30 more Dollars for Costcos Kohler 13 gal

Constantly moves and hits the wall when someone opens the lid. Now I need to repaint the wall. I will be getting rid of this trash can as soon as possible.

I had a double bin that wasn't functional. Needed 2 bins that were big enough for my recycle & trash. Price was great & quality is great. I love my new bins.

It was received damaged. It has a dent in the bottom of the front. My husband pushed the dent out from the inside, but it is still dented, should return it, whoever packs these needs to put some packing around it so it wont get damaged in shipping.

So glad that we chose this trash can over another one we were looking at. This one is HEAVY and very sturdy, removable black bin inside makes it so easy to clean. Would buy this 100 times over again.

Trash Can arrived via shipping with two dents in the lid. The can functions great. I did not want to box it up and return it since the reason I ordered it was so I did not have to go to the Club.
