I did receive one piece of wood that was split but customer service got right on it and sent me a new piece without any questions. This is a good product. The wood a little questionable because it feels light and dry but hopefully with some water seal, it will last.

We bought this swing set for our 3.5 year old and so far he really loves it! He is able to use all of the features easily and we are even planning to do a sand box in the bottom section. We decided to assemble ourselves which was A LOT of work. So, if you are not handy, I do not recommend trying to do this on your own. It took my husband 7 hours with 2 friends to build this in our back yard. And that is after I spent 2 days varnishing the hundreds of pieces (which is recommended and required for the warranty). It was all worth it since I can see my son playing with this for years to come. One thing I don't love about the design is that the two swings are placed pretty close together. We've already had some kiddo collisions. So be careful with multiple kids on the swings.

Took myself, a buddy and a teenager to put together in about 6 hours. The teenager was there to hold things and make our lives more difficult. The other adult and I have built things for decades being in construction so we are pretty well versed. This was for my toddler twins. They love it. I swapped out the swings but only because they weren’t secure for littles. Some of the instructions were dumb and the photos weren’t clear but if you have some experience you’ll figure it out soon enough. I think we only had to take one thing apart and do it again which took 10 minutes or so. No damaged or missing parts. Huge bonus imo I removed slats on the rock wall at the time as my kiddos weren’t interested in climbing at the time but more interested in falling off the platform so I used the slats I removed to secure the side of the top platform.

We bought this set during the start of Covid. It was the perfect buy! The neighbor kids are always coming over and asking to play on it as well. We added a baby swing which is easy to interchange with the regular one. We made a little sand pit under the tower part. This has held up through snow and rain with no issues! I would definitely recommend this set for hours of fun for your kids!!

I bought this after searching for something affordable and sturdy. This is the ideal bang for your buck because it offers a compact look with so many fun features. Features we love include: the rope climb, the rock wall, and the slide that actually has some slip to it! My kids can’t wait to get home to play on their play set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a birthday gift for our two year old. He was overjoyed and a little impatient as he watched his dad and grandfather assemble his new swing set. He has giggled incessantly as he plays on his new swing set.

My husband purchased this playset for our 3 year old son. It was pretty easy to put together. We were able to get it put together in about 12-15 hours. My husband did some of the set up earlier in the week which helped to make everything else easier. Once we were finished it has been pretty solid. My son and his cousins have played on this multiple times. He loves climbing the rock wall, sliding, and swinging. There is a lot of fun to be had with this playset. My only drawback is the attachment of slide. It was very troublesome. BUT overall it is a great playset.

My husband and I took about 2 days to put together and as long as you are organized and lay all the pieces out (keep the screws and bolts in their bags and lay them out the the box) then everything should go together smoothly! I do recommend having a good drill, we had just gotten a new one that helped immensely. Our kids love it and want to swing outside everyday! Best Black Friday purchase ever!

This was a pandemic survival purchase for us and it has been great! It took my husband some time to set up, but mostly that was because we had two littles and limited time each day for him to work on it. It seemed like the set up was fairly easy, maybe a couple of screws or things that he had to tweak, but nothing major. It has held up great so far! It is a good size for my 4 year old. Not too big, not too small. Will definitely last him and be entertaining for many more years.

We’ve had this for two months now and we are very pleased with the quality and activities available. My son turns 3 this weekend and he’s already climbing the rock wall. Of course he is a natural climber and still needs assistance from time to time but I can see him enjoying this over the years to come. Delivery was quick.
