The play set is great quality with all the safety features for our 2 year old granddaughter she absolutely loves it. Keeps her busy all day. My husband and son in-law had it all set up in a day and a half. I recommend this product

My 3 year old twin boys love this playset. They each can ride their own swing, take turns going down the slide, and learn how to climb "rocks", as they call it. The slide is the perfect length for them to ride on without feeling overwhelmed or scared. Every time they are outside, the first thing they do is go on the playground set.

This is the second Backyard Discovery product I have purchased. I purchased a pergola a couple of years ago, and was impressed with the excellent instructions, ease of construction and customer service (a few boards were damaged by shipper and BYD replaced by FedEx immediately). I was not disappointed with the Grayson Peak, as again the instructions were clear and assembly went great. I preassembled many of the components in my garage, as it was a Christmas gift for my daughters and it was cold outside. I then had one other person assist in completing the construction. Altogether about 9 manhours. Because I erected it in winter, I could not install the ground stakes, and before I was able to do so, a wind storm (60-65 mph winds) blew it over. I was impressed that only 5 boards were broken. Again, the customer service was second to none. Although this was not a warranty loss, I was pleasantly surprised with the reasonableness of the price of replacement parts, and quick delivery. I would highly recommend any BYD product.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our kids (1 and 2 years old). This is the perfect size for them, and they’ll definitely be able to use this for several more years! My 2 year old is able to use every feature (Rock wall, rope ladder, swings, slide etc) but my 1 year old does still need help with most things. We have a small backyard and this playset fits well. I also love the quality of it, not sure what the weight limits are but I’ve used the black swing and climbed on top of the lookout area and I’m about 180lbs. The instructions on the BILT app were extremely well written, It took my husband and I about 8 hours to put together using only one electric screwdriver.

We've had the set for 10 months. Our daughter loves her "tree house". She climbs all over it like a monkey. We haven't had splinters and everything is in good shape. I do wish we had gone with the Mount McKinley set though to have an extra space for a bar or rings. She does loves the web swing though.

This playset is a good value and is easy to put together, but it does take a long time to assemble. If you’re doing it yourself plan on two full days to put it together. It’s not difficult, just takes a long time to assemble with lots of pieces. The instructions are good.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the playset and all of the features that keep our little one busy. It's compact enough that it doesn't consume our yard but still feels substantial. The price for quality is unbeatable. We live in the Northwest where Cedar is used for outdoor decking and we exclusively sought a wood-based playset. I will note that it does take 8+ hours to build with 2 people and there holes for the slide and the stairs were drilled wrong, but we are making do.

We bought this set during the start of Covid. It was the perfect buy! The neighbor kids are always coming over and asking to play on it as well. We added a baby swing which is easy to interchange with the regular one. We made a little sand pit under the tower part. This has held up through snow and rain with no issues! I would definitely recommend this set for hours of fun for your kids!!

We bought this swing set a month or so ago and finally was able to put it together. It took us about 8 hours, as the booklet said. It was my husband and father in law most of the time, although at times we had a few extra hands and I myself was working head on finding the parts/hardware for the next step. I was a little bit wary given that the wood seems somewhat soft. With the stakes in, though, the set seems very sturdy. My kids are 1.5 and 4, and I hope they have a lot of years of play ahead of them on this! It was hard to get them off the set at the end of the day.

This play set took a solid 8 hours to construct. The instructions are decent- although the hubby did have to make a few of his own holes. It’s sturdy- so far- and the kids love it. I would say it’s worth the cost. We bought this one because of the size of our yard- it fits perfectly!
