It works as expected. I did curbside pickup an hour from home and my family got it out of the car, brought it in and started it up. I was aggravated to see that it was red, not stainless steel.

Really enjoy this countertop ice maker. It is quick to make ice and keeps up. Once full I put into a freezer bag and store so it can cook TJ ir on the journey.

My 85 year old mom lives with us and I ought one for her little living area. She loves having ice Amy time she wants. It’s not overly big at all. Works greAt!

The status of the order was in progress for over a month, contacted customer service and ended up canceling the order but came the next day. If you keep using it thru out the day, the machine gets extremely hot and makes a weird noise.

I love it a lot, until it started leaking after around day 4… I thought it was the plug to release the water, but it wasn’t, the leak was from the opposite side of the plug!

I like this icemaker but I wish that it kept them more frozen. They’re not real hard when they’re made. And if you don’t empty it immediately they start to melt.

I brought this 1 month ago and am happy to have ice. I hate plastic ice cube trays. This is quiet and the ice if not used is melted and re froze. Easy to clean just follow directions

It was low priced. It had a beautiful red color and looked great in our kitchen. The ice maker was easy to set up and simple to use. I highly recommend it.

My ice maker quit... again. Bought this ice maker. I couldn’t believe how fast ice was made. I had a full ice container in my freezer in no time at all.

So far we’ve used it daily. I was expecting the ice to be more like pellet ice, but it’s rounded with a hole in the middle. After it’s sat in the ice basket or you add water, it becomes more like soft crunchy ice, which is what I wanted. Overall, it has been a fantastic product without the $500 price tag of the pellet ice makers. *The only thing I was not crazy about is the plastic after taste the first couple of weeks we used it. It does get better with time.
