Love it

We bought this in April 2022 for our camper, and didn’t start using it til July. It maybe worked perfectly for 1.5 months & randomly stopped working. We woke up to a banging noise in the middle of the night & realized the “scooper” was getting hung at the top. Nothing we do fixes the issue.

Does a great job making ice. If you don’t immediately empty the ice basket when it spits out the 9 ice cubes they sit in the basket and melt. I was hoping once basket was full I could empty in bags to stock pile ice for high use days. Ice is watery and melts into one chunk.

I purchased this in July. We’ve used it for 3 months. From the beginning, it would blink “Ice Full” even with no ice. It doesn’t stay cold so what ice it does make, it melts before we can get to it. It has not made ice in days, even with unplugging and resetting. Waste of money.

Worked great for a little less than a month of part-time usage. Quit making ice after a month of use. Per the User Manual I contacted the manufacturer. Warranty process takes quite a long time. Once approved, I was issued a check for only half of the purchase price because I used a gift card for the other half. I asked that the unit be replaced in lieu of a refund. That didn't happen. So now, I not only don't have an ice maker, I also wasn't given a full refund.

I have had this ice maker for a year and I noticed today that in the very back behind where it makes ice that there was mold and it is pretty much impossible to get to and clean. A friend of mine has the same ice maker with the same issue. Designed very poorly.

This machine works great for the two weeks that I have owned it. The only problem I do have is switching from large to small cubes. There are a on/off switch on top along with lights. No way to switch from large to smallcubes . EFIC123-B-SSBLACK How to change size.

I was give this as a gift for my bithday an make some ice an month afterwards I noticed it had stuff floating in the water it was very hard to clean an after I cleaned it work good for about a week then just quit doing anything an since it was for a gift I don't have any of information on the account it was order from so now I just have a taken up room in my kitchen. don't wast your money.

I just bought this today. The box says it makes ice in 7 minutes. Yeah. Like 4 pieces. It's been running for over an hour and it now has maybe 10 pieces. The ice melts in the bin, so you wait all this time for half melted ice. I shouldn't have to babysit the ice maker to move it from the bin to the freezer. What's the point of it? I thought it would be convenient to have ice and not take up room in the freezer, but it just melts in the bin. If you want an appliance that runs all day long with little benefit, this is for you. It's going back.

If you don’t use the ice or take out right after it drops and put it in the freezer it melts and the water just recycles. Since the inside is made of plastic maybe this is why ice tastes like it. If I constantly dump the recycled ice the machine is on all day. I tried fresh ice made with fresh filtered water and it ruined my vodka, so don’t recommend serving it to your guests. Also, it leaks all over my countertop. Not happy!
