Had it less than 2 weeks and it's stopped working. ATTEMPTED to get customer service from the manufacturer. So far no response at all.

Motor failure after 8 months - waste of 100 bucks

Bought it in December 2023. Dead already. Worked great until 8/21. Something in motor decided to fail. They just don't make things worth a flip anymore. Highly disappointed.

Very noisy, only makes a small amount of ice at a time. difficult to clean completely, and the ice melts while its in the basket. I went back to using ice trays

17 months person is died

Short life personal use only lasted 17 months. didn't make very much ice with it. maybe ran it once every two weeks. I would like to think it should last longer than 17 months but the compressor went out and now no ice

Disappointed

This unit worked great for a few months. Now it stopped making ice. I unplug it and sometimes it will make a batch or two but then defrosts and stops again.

This thing is hard to clean and gets moldy very easily. We loved it but I just threw it away after about a year because I caught a glimpse of an area you can’t clean and it was covered in mold. Unsanitary

Broke in a year

The fan died at just over the one year mark. Really disappointed. Will be contacting Frigidaire to see if there is any warranty but obviously this is not a product built to last. Buy something else.

I purchased this in December and it stopped working in March. This is the second purchase, the first one stopped working in less than 1 year. So disappointing.

Great ice maker

I live this machine. I purchased mine at the Sam's club store about 3 years ago and it still producing ice. It's nice because the ice has NO freezer taste. Just cold water....

Loved It Until It Stopped Working

I am on my second Frigidaire ice maker in less than a year, and it just quit too. As much as I loved it and used it, their inability to last even a year has led me to give up on this brand of ice maker.
