This was a good ice maker it makes ice fairly quickly and frequently but it does not keep the ice that is made frozen ice begins to melt immediately and it isn't practical to put ice into freezer as it then clumps together into a solid block of ice. The description says its covered by the Sam's club member satisfaction guarantee but I'll be darned if I can find exactly what that means. The makers use the least expensive and lowest quality materials to get the most profit, save your money unless you wish to buy new machine every year

We maintain a counter ice maker 24/7 due to passive ice maker in freezer. Usually every 2-3 years we need a new one. I had this delivered from Sam’s Club as we’re older & easier to manipulate. First one didn’t work at all. Physically brought it back to Sam’s to exchange. Bad de decision on my part. Less than 6 months later, stopped all together. Very disappointed

This ice maker worked great at first then after only a month it stopped working properly It would freeze all the ice together and not produce any more if you buy this ice maker buy the warranty through sams because the company that makes them are absolutely no help

I purchased this item in October 2022. In March 2023 (5 months of use) the scoop flap arm broke. I filed a claim with Curtis International on March 14th and have yet to hear from them. I have sent them emails with no reply. All I have requested is a replacement for the broken part. This part can not be found online. The machine itself was great when working, but the Customer Service is unsatisfactory.

I received it and it worked for two days and compressor blew up I contacted company and after sending a video and filling out a lot of paper work and 3 months later I received a refurbished one! This one had a small crack on lid and hard water resido on bottom it works great but leaks horrible on the bottom!! I wrote company again and was going to have to do same thing again video and wait 3 months so now I just have a tray underneath a hose going into the sink to prevent water going everywhere! !

Ice machine was good in the beginning..but there's no good way to clean the ice tray. One side of the tray kept on turning BLACK. I cleaned this more often, but last night, I had to give up. There was a trail of black water leading to the water well.....and shocking black pieces of rubbish was in the water! Please don't buy this!

great little machine. It fits right on the counter, its quiet and the ice is soft.

Love it, although it is a little loud for just a few minutes in the process.

Wish it was bigger. Hard to use the scoop provided in such a small space.
