I reluctantly purchased this by my husband's insistance. I figured I could return if I didn't like it. I am very pleasantly surprised at the quickness of the cubes coming out. I usually make a basket or two of ice and put in the freezer.

This ice maker is nice when you need a lot of ice rapidly. Ice made about every 3 minutes, so you can be prepared for your large gathering. Just wish the ice storage bin was larger so i didn't have to transfer the ice to the freezer.

Very good purchase. Makes great amount of ice. Little noisy, but can’t really complain about it, to be honest. Our fridge ice maker broke, so we dump into it and it has absolutely no problems keeping up with our sweet tea consumption, or pool party.

Small but fast. It makes enough ice for my Mom and I while I’m visiting and working from home. I don’t love her having to add water blindly (the full line is hard to see for a 67yo), but it does the job better than the freezer one she doesn’t like.

My old ice maker needed an upgrade.. I found this one on a Black Friday sale, and I’m happy with the purchase! It makes chewy little ice cubes quickly! It does make a little bit of noise, but all ice makers do. So far so good with this one!

Great little ice maker. Makes a good amount of ice -enough to use throughout the day and have some leftover in the freezer. Easy to use. Only downside - it’s a little loud, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

We bought this ice maker for our RV but a few days before it arrived the ice maker in our home refrigerator went out, so it is seeing double duty. It makes ice quickly and quietly. I highly recommend this unit. It works as advertised.

Purchased in March 2020 August 2020 we were eating lunch and heard what sounded like firecrackers and sparks were shooting out if it. Only lasted 5 months. Would NOT buy again

I purchased this item 11/12/2021--- it only lasted 6 months. Just stopped working one day. I contacted the manufacturer for the 1 year warranty, sent it back to them on May 31st and STILL waiting for a replacement ice maker. It might say Frigidaire as the manufacturer but you have to send it to Canada to Curtis International for repair/replacement. I have called and emailed everyday and still no response for a replacement. I followed every instruction and directive on how to process the warranty and each time I call I get the same song and dance.... your ticket has been escalated for processing and you will be contacted in 1 business day. Horrible customer service!!!!

I received this as a gift for Xmas 2021. The fan on the first unit began to fail after 5 months. The return process was so arduous I waited for it to completely fail which occurred at 11 months. I went thru the process which including paying $25 to ship it to Curtis. The unit they shipped back didn't work. They wouldn't respond to my emails so I fixed it myself (bent refrigerant line blocking pinching water tube). I finally got them to respond and asked if the warranty would be extended since I wasn't certain if I had hurt anything. Nope. Warranty already expired. Now a cheap plastic part on the shovel broke. These things are junk. Sam's Club should consider not selling them anymore.
