I was under the impression that these were the beginners size pencils.It's the same brand but not the size I needed for a Pre-Kinder students. The brand it's self is fine,and quilty the same but I was under the impression they were the thicker Beginners and they are not.I have mulitpul children and with the quanty and for the price I couldn't say no.But when I found out they were the regular size smaller ones. I had to return the item reluctantly in disappointment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are labeled as the worlds best pencils and I can see why! These have a distinct smell that I actually really like! They write very nicely and the earasers work well. They are easy to sharpen and don’t seem to break very easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had to have this brand of pencils when she was in kindergarten and I liked them at the time and i love them more now. She's in the 4th grade now and i gave her these pencils to try and she loved them too. These were very sturdy and they sharpened the way they are supposed to and that was a good thing!! I'm tired of other brands of pencils sharpening correctly on one side only, and these didn't do that so I'll stick with this brand.

The only pencils our school allows, and I see why. Quality product, and I LOVE that they come presharpened. The erasers often last longer than the competitors.

This pencils are great ! My kids love them. comes all ready sharpened that make it easier. The eraser coud be improved sometimes leaves dark marks,.but still the best pencils my kids used so far!

Are these erasers soft & of a great quality? Many pencils won’t erase, but smudge & tear up paper instead. I want to buy hard, leaded pencils with great erasers. I would appreciate any advice.

I bought quite a few different types of pencils, until I bought a pack of these pencils. These pencils do not break each time you write something. When it needs to be sharpened, it does not sharpen half of the pencil at one time.

Love that these pencils come pre-sharpened which reduces the noise in the classroom. They last a long time, as long as the kids don't lose them, since they resharpen easily and evenly.

bought these for my granddaughter as she says they are the best pencils and she was thrilled when I gave them to her...good erasers on them too...and the presharpened is so convenient...

These pencils are like no other! The way the led shows on the paper, or how the eraser's don't leave smudge marks! When choosing the pencil that will get me through the year i choose Dixon No.2 :)
