Fraud

I bought the hydrangeas about a month ago and did everything as instructed on the box. At first it said a bulb would be included but it looked more of like a dead stick with roots. Me, not knowing if it's dead or dormant, watered and cared for it frequently. After a month and no results, I can finally say there has been no growth and that it's been dead from the get go, not dormant. Save your money and go buy something else.

They are Growing for Me!

Don't understand the bad reviews. I picked 2 lilacs that had tiny little green on them, and yes they were twigs. Brought them home ( in sunny SC) and planted them in some mottled shade- in miracle gro soil. Then left town for a week and came back to 3-4 new "twigs" and they seem very happy to be in the ground! Now it gets very hot here in the summer, so I will be babying them for the rest of the year, since these are common lilacs and not "common" to the South from what I've read. ( I am a transplanted Northerner and MISS my lilacs!)

Waste of money

I actually planted 2 of these lilacs in a pot indoors as soon as I got them and put them under a grow light. The branches that were growing died off. 1 of them grew back. It might make it. I have mistekenly bought these year after year and they pretty much just die. I thought putting it under a grow light would help, nope. I'd love to hear from someone that was successful in growing these into a full bush??

All Four are dead

I bought these trusting Sam's Club reputation for selling quality items. I planted four plants in different places. All four died (Or never were alive).

Most were dead

I bought 9 boxes (18 plants). One box I bought very early in the season. Those are doing great 2 months after planted. The other 7 boxes I bought a month later. Out of 14 pants, 6 are alive 1 month after planting. I would only recommend buying these the first few weeks of being available at the end of winter/ beginning of spring.

:( Hydrangia :(

Purchased in late 3/2023. Planted as directed and kept protected from frost. One plant/stick never bloomed. The other has a few leaves on it but is very small - did not grow much/if at all since planting, but there are a few green leaves. Have no idea when the one that is still alive would ever produce flowers. The other one was a stick when bought and continues to be a stick. Not pleased. Would not buy again.
