Nice blue hydrangeas this year!

I planted the blue hydrangeas last year and they look amazing! All I did was plant them in the ground and hit it with Miracle-Gro every so often. I am pleased with my purchase.

One of each.

Good price but it's actually one hydrangea and one lilac.

Joining the chorus of bad reviews

I planted 4 of these plants early March into a clay dirt garden bed along that I've been amending with compost and peat poss. Each twig has not shown any sign of life; Half did not show any green with a scratch test against the surface. Sad to see my other plants blooming while these may have been DOA. I'm will try putting them in a container and if I get any luck there, I'll re-visit this review.

Needs lots of water

I bought two 2-packs in store 15 months ago. 2 plants are doing well, one is hanging on and 1 died. This plant requires shades and lots of water. I water it everyday. It will look like there's no progress for a long time. It finally bloomed after a year. I have mine in a pot under my patio cover.

disappointing

Tiny tiny root ball. Would do better to spend double the money to get a plant 4-5 times larger in a pot.

Wish I'd read the reviews

In the store they looked promising. The hydrangea had green on them, as did the lilac. The hydrangeas root ball was really small and it died almost immediately. They lilac is holding on

Should Have Read the Reviews

Bought 2 boxes at 2 different times and all were dead. I thought the first time was a fluke, but now see it is a trend. They said they were dormant, but I didn't realize it was permanent. So disappointing!

ALL DEAD, NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE & TRYING TO PLANT

plants looked dead..roots & dirt balls fell apart...i tried to plant to see if there was any recovery at all, but nothing happened. I will return the boxes. very disappointing.

DOA

These lilacs were clearly dead when I bought them. I stuck them in the ground and watered them regularly, but still no sign of green. They were marked down, but still wasted way too much money on these, and not sure how to even request a refund, since I didn't save the packaging or anything.
