I wouldn't complain about anything the delivery was perfect I got them in an appropriate time they were beautiful but the color wasn't what I expected I expected orange and I got Peach but otherwise I would definitely order again

The flowers were beautiful but the card verbiage was truncated and our names were cut off. The recipient had to post on Facebook to find out who sent them.

Colorful and Bright and really fresh. These actually lasted from before St. Valentine's Day until the first week in March. An abundance of "greens" came with the flowers but you may want to discard a few.

I ordered roses for my sister in white. They were shipped from Miami on Thursday and due to arrive Friday. They arrived on time and she said they were beautiful and lived longer than 7 days.

So far so good, received today and they are wonderful. I was concerned the flowers would show up frozen because of the lake Superior cold but the FedEx Express driver took great care of these flowers. I'm not a florist and had to find a bigger vase to fit everything in it and have it look full. I bought these for a celebration of life and I could not have asked for a better bouquet.

the filler is nice but the roses are trash. i bought them to give to my daugther for her birthday but the petals are already falling off and some have brown spots on them. the leaves on the roses have a white powder substance on it. these flowers are not going to my daughter's house.

Waste of money. Bought bicolor and rainbow for daughters both were almost completely wilted and rainbow set only had 11 roses. Trimmed, watered and arranged..left under floral light and next day they were all wilted. We were so disappointed and will NEVER try it again.

Not even close to what I ordered. I ordered bright pink roses, I recieved a whitish rose. when I called about the problem I was told they would not be able to replace before Valentines Day so I would get a refund after I sent photos in. Well photos went in, no refund. I called back and was told I would get notified immediately of a refund. I called tonight, got a supervisor. was told a refund was likely, and they could plainly see I did not get what I ordered. But they would have to communicate with the vendor about the problem before they could provide a refund. Apparently Sams does not back their floral orders. I have had great results before, this is the first big problem, but clearly their customer service is lacking.

I was going to order flowers online through a different company but with service and delivery charges it was about twice as much as these for a smaller bouquet. I took a chance with Sam's and so glad I did. My friend loved them. The flowers are on their 4th day and they're gorgeous and she said they smell amazing!

If I could give zero stars!!! Ordered flowers for my moms birthday. Paid for the shipping on a specific day %26 they never arrived. When I called Sams customer service %26 went on the chat, no one could help me because they said their floral department is closed and that I would have to wait until Monday when they opened again (which they were supposed to arrive on Friday). So upset with Sams %26 the fact no one else could help find out where the flowers were or the actual tracking for them. I will never order flowers from Sam's Club.com again.
