I purchased one on 11/2/2018 out of curiosity, and it was an absolutely delicious pretzel. I'd put it up there with Auntie Anne's Pretzels. I just might have to buy a case.

These are very much worth the extra cost over the popular Super Pretzel brand. We sold them in our football concession stand. They were our best selling item by far. Highly recommend them!

I have been buying these pretzels since Sams quit handling the J&J superpretzel boxes in their frozen food section over a year ago. Everything had been fine and I had been nuking them in my microwave in my concession trailer to serve to customers.They had always looked like the photo above and customers were very happy with them.I would have rated them as 5 stars prior to this problem Well I picked up 3 cases for an event this past weekend and if I would have had any other alternative I would have not sold these after I opened them but I had no choice. It was very cold for Florida weather (in the 40's) and I had nothing else to sell that was hot. I wish I would have had time to take a photo of them. They were almost completely white. Very unappetizing and customers complaining and returning them as not completely done. I prayed that everyone would order them with cinnamon sugar so they could not see how anemic they looked. However I did sell all 180 so I had nothing to take back. I will not be buying these again as I can not trust that the pretzels will be done and not require additional baking as I do not have the time nor power nor equipment to do that.

Just received our case and they are 10% smaller that they have been. Still a good pretzel but not as attractive of sale for us now.

My three kids loves these pretzels. it can be sweet or salty. cooking is very easy in air fryer. it is delicious!

Sams Club hasn’t had these in for 2 years in my city, needless to say they are not as tasty as they use to be. I very was disappointed.

Baked or Microwaved, these pretzels are fantastic!!

Taste great they do need to be baked longer than the instructions say.
