Ive been cooking a rack of these at least once a month for a year now. The last two racks ive bought have this unbearable sulfur after taste. Its made me not want to buy meat from sams anymore 😭

Very disappointed they went to 2 slabs per package from 3 which cost me a two hour round trip to pickup more. Some were not as tender as I’ve had in the past. Overall was disappointed in this purchase.

I've been very happy buying these pork ribs. Much better than the spare ribs and far less fat. They cook up great and taste good. Will be buying more when I run out!

I've been buying Sam's baby back ribs for years and have not had a bad one ever. The same goes for their Spares. You just need to know how to prep and cook them correctly. These are not butcher shop best.

I've bought these ribs 3 times, and I've been disappointed every time. I thought I'd give them one more shot. Bad move. They put the nicest looking slab on top. They also don't come trimmed properly. They have that thick layer of meat on top that should've been taken off. That part is always dry and chewy. Ugh. I won't be buying these again.

Years ago, Sam's Club baby back pork ribs, 3 racks in the Cryovac pack, were terrific. This is no longer true. The last few purchases, cooked the same way as always, did not turn out as expected. Instead of "fall off the bone" tender, the meat was tough and dry. Some of it was actually inedible. These ribs are not inexpensive, so I will no longer be purchasing this product, as the lack of quality has been consistent. Very disappointing.

These ribs did not cook up well at all. Low and slow in the oven for a few hours normally would yield tender fall of the bone ribs, but this meat came out tough and dry even with extra oven time. On top of that, there was no flavor to the meat even with a rub and sauce. No one wanted to eat them so threw out $40 worth. Junk ribs!

Used to get 3 racks per package, now only get 2. I've been buying ribs for awhile now from Sam's club. I've told friends, often, how the meat department is worth it simply for these ribs. Quantity and quality have made these ribs my predominant purchase for years at Sam's and I'd often go simply to pick up 2 or 3 packages at a time. Past two weeks I've noticed that the price has remained their same but the packages have only had two racks of ribs inside. Couple in how busy Sam's is plus the fact that I have local supermarkets much closer with buy one get one deals, I wonder if Sam's deals are still worthwhile and worth the longer drive to buy them. This change alone has me wondering if the membership is worthwhile and has left me extremely dissatisfied.
