Not too much fat. Leaner than most ribs. Cook them slow in the oven and the meat falls off the bone

More fat, less meat than previously found in Sam’s Back back ribs.  Disappointing.

Purchased on a Saturday to smoke on a Sunday.  Opened the package and the ribs were all stuck together and the smell was awful.  Saw they should have been sold days before.  My bad for not checking the date to be sold.  I will now on check dates.  I trusted Sam's to pull old product.  Placed them in the garbage.

Bought expired ribs by accident.

BEST ever baby back ribs! Remove back film, salt and pepper, cover tightly with foil in a shallow pan. Cook at 325 for 2.5 hours, uncover, favorite BBQ sauce both sides back/forth for another half hour. Done!!
