They was great but I only had to cook one rack @ a time so I had to try and retap the others and hopefully they won’t go bad in the freezer being they are not vacuum sealed

Got rack home from them pulling order open ribs and they smelled like fish badly I threw away and got out of house called store they said bring them back. I said they smell and are open and they said o well

Usually I would give this four or five stars, but this time I had to lower it a lot because the butchers are getting very sloppy in their cuts. Lots of sharp bones and extra pieces of meat that are dry/chewy.

Mostly fat. The only mear item out of 6 I ordered that they had. That's because you place your order and pick it up 2-3 days later Bad system they have it when you ordered it but out when time to pick up.

I have been buying the packages baby back ribs for smoking or making Asian ribs for my family. The meat is very tender and the package comes with 3 long slabs so there’s always plenty to go around. My family and I are a huge fan of the baby back ribs because of how tender and flavorful the meat is after marinated and cooked.

As far as taste and tenderness, they are great. The only issue I had it was how it was packaged meaning one rack of ribs was very, very thick and the second rack was very very thin. Should’ve been two racks that are comparable and thickness Makes it very hard to cook because One is thicker than the other drastically like night and day, salt and pepper

Ribs were tough and not a lot of meat on them. I don’t know if Sam’s Club has changed their source for ribs because in the past they were always delicious. I slow cook ribs in the oven and have always been pleased with the results. I doubt that I will purchase ribs from Sam’s Club again.

I purchased 3 slabs of Pork Back Ribs. 2 of the 3 slabs had “extraneous bone and fat still attached and tucked under the slab. It appeared these were not trimmed well for the purpose of adding weight to the package. I have typically been very pleased with meat purchases at Sam’s so I hope this is a rare mishap and not a pattern.

Purchased two. The first was decaying when I opened the package! Aroma blew me across the kitchen. However, not to be deterred, I purchased a second package that was perfect. I'vepurchased ribs many times over the past years and this is the first package that was bad.

In preparation for feeding 30, I smoked 12 racks of the 15 contained in the case. While the cooking method generally determines the satisfaction level of this type of meat, the meaty and consistent size of the racks surely contributed to the great outcome! All enjoyed this meal and heaped praise on the cook!
