I always make a trip to Sam's when it is time for baby back ribs. Great price even if not on sale. Great quality too.

These ribs turned out great after several hours on the offset charcoal smoker with a commercial dry rub. They were meaty, tender, and flavorful.

One of my favorites. Cut into 3 Lb pork loin roast. Cut into 3/4-inch pork chops. Smoke the whole thing for summer gatherings. Either way very good.
