Low signal strength and signal quality can cause poor picture quality, a black screen, or a No Signal message to display on your TV. Press the Home button on your remote (if you are not already there). Select Find. Select Search and enter DIRECTV STREAM. ... Select the DIRECTV STREAM icon. Select Download to begin download.
