It does not take but a dab of blood to get the reading so much better than the older meters I have used. It gave a reading quickly. It was easy and quick to use. I am very Happy with this meter and recommend it to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good meter. Easy to figure out. I compared this meter to my doctor perscribed meter and its very accurate. It works the same way. What I love about this kit it the harpoon. You can select the depth of poke to draw your sample. Just dial it in. I would of gave it a 5 star rating but since "my" insurance wont cover the cost i gave it a 4.. but over all a great tool to keep your health in check.

The time to give the results is perfect, the screen has a perfect measurement that makes the results very visible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was so excited to review the TRUE METRIX, finding the right monitor that made me comfortable was always key and I have tried at least three or four and that can get costly, I have to say True Metrix was easy to use and very easy to read results, it also help my mom out alot because of large display which made it much eaiser for her to read ,I will be buying her one real soon so she wont take mine.

Came with everything you need to get started and has now replaced my old one as my favorite. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to replace an old one or is purchasing for the first time. This is extremely straightforward to use and gives quick readings. It’s small and easily portable, the case makes it easy to hold the test strips, meter, and lancet. My blood glucose reading was accurate on the true metrix meter, as I use a continuous glucose meter and was reading about the same level on my cgm.
