You can set the needles to any setting that is comfortable for you. The meter is so easy to read. Now I can keep up with my sugar readings in the meter itself.

Looks durable and has a soft touch feel I like that its black and silver which gives it a more modern look than the plain white ones. Not sure about battery life cause Id have to use it for some time. But all in all a solid little glucometer

The sample size is very small so I don't have too much pain with routine testing. The only complaint I have is that mine did not come with lancets to start me off so I had to keep the one from my previous kit.
