[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a blood sugar meter, so this came in handy. I am not diabetic but I am pre. So my doctor recommends that I keep track of my levels. The True Metrix blood glucose meter is super easy to use!! The needle was very easy to set up in the machine and put right back together. The machine its self is a very slick black color. It is tiny and comes with a very nice carry case to keep it in as well as the needles, strips and cleaner. I carry it right in my purse, so whenever i need to check it, I can grab it out and quickly do it. I am very pleased with the results, they have been very accurate and on point. I definitely recommend this meter to everyone as it is very easy to use. The results are nice and big on the window as well as it includes the time too and it beeps to let it know it is done.

The graphics are easy to read, it self starts when you insert the testing strip & it is really easy to use. I love the additional features like having the option to set as many as four test reminders a day--that is really helpful for staying consistent in testing. It's a great meter!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's simple to use and has a carry case with room for supplies. It had a battery in it already. What you do is first get a blood sample. Put a blade in the lancer tool, pull handle back and then press release button to launch toward a finger, that will make blood a drop. I didn't feel it hit, and makes such a tiny blood drop that you may have to squeeze that out. Then stick a test strip end with black side up into the bottom of the tester, meter will light up, and in a few seconds shows it ready to do test. Touch the blood to the end of the test strip, it draws blood into strip automatically, tester will beep when it gets enough for test. In about 10 seconds it displays your result.

I like how this meter has a fast reliable read and stores my number. I was able to read it without any problem and didn't have to wonder if I put enough blood for the meter.
