[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second monitor I have had. I like that this one is bigger and easier to read. The test strips are shorter than I am used to so they are difficult to separate and get out of the canister. Otherwise, it is a really good monitor.

Be sure to follow the instructions accurately, particularly around the test strips and blood application to avoid errors. The lance is also easy to use works well with minimal discomfort.. Best of all, the additional test strips and lancets are available at reasonable prices.

Upon testing with this and my regular meter, the number was off by 50 points. Other than that it was your typical blood glucose tester. Nothing special or fancy.

It's not very bulky, unlike previous meters I've had in the past. It's a more slimline design that, at the same time, is compact, all of which fits in a convenient bag it comes with. Not to mention, it's very fast with giving you results. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this meter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my granddaughter who was recently diagnosed with diabetes,, love the fact it can store up to five hundred prior results with the time and date in case of an issue and doctor needs to see readings over a certain time period. You can also set reminder times in case you get busy and forget it's time to test. You get the results very quickly, sometimes in as little as 4 to 6 seconds. Will also give you the average readings over a time frame 7,14,and 30 day, so if you are followings a weekly diet plan you can see how the levels fluctuate on a week in week out basis. For the cost the meter is a great value and accurate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a Self Monitoring Blood Glucose Meter. This Meter is very easy to use. I was skeptical prior to receiving this product. This product very high quality and easy to maneuver without complications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's simple to use and has a carry case with room for supplies. It had a battery in it already. What you do is first get a blood sample. Put a blade in the lancer tool, pull handle back and then press release button to launch toward a finger, that will make blood a drop. I didn't feel it hit, and makes such a tiny blood drop that you may have to squeeze that out. Then stick a test strip end with black side up into the bottom of the tester, meter will light up, and in a few seconds shows it ready to do test. Touch the blood to the end of the test strip, it draws blood into strip automatically, tester will beep when it gets enough for test. In about 10 seconds it displays your result.

I was very impressed by the packaging, and the complete kit. It came with the self monitor, test strips, pen and lancelts along with a self test log to keep track of your blood sugar. It was very easy to install and use. It only uses a small amount of blood on test strip to get a clear and accurate glucose reading. No setting up the meter. First use and today’s date lopped. If you forget to log into your booklet for your next Dr visit. No worries. Your readings will be stored in the meter for you to keep track of. All your results will be stored on your meter. I love how easy it was to test. I would recommend this to anybody who is diabetic. It is a top of the line choice.
