My stepfather is new to having diabetes and was in need of a reliable meter to check his blood glucose; now, he and my mother love the quick and accurate results that they receive every time. Also, there is the fact that there are plenty of strips provided for use. I will definitely recommend this product to all who are in need of keeping up w/ their glucose levels within their blood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blood glucose monitor is really compact and easy to carry anywhere without it being too bulky or heavy. The readings are quick and has memory with the dates which is really helpful for statistics and the display is large and easy to read. It gives error code sometimes and works again with a restart. But most of all I love that it has Alerts, incase you forget to monitor.

The screen and numbers are large which makes it easy to see if someone has vision issues. The meter is easy to hold on to and i would say medium in size. Only a small amount of blood needed on the test strip which is awesome. The test strip slides into the port super easy. My test are always very accurate so no worries there. I absolutely love the strip release button on the meter;my favorite feature. I just simply drop it into the trash without touching it again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im type 2 diabetic. I used the TrueMetrix Blood Glucose Meter this morning. After set up, i received my blood sugar level in under 1 minute. It appears to be accurate. Setting up the time of day/ date was easy by following instructions in the manual thats included.The lancet device is light and easy to install new lancet. The meter is simple to use and after researching lancet and Test strips, its also affordable for me. The carrying case with zipper provided fit into my purse nicely. Its a keeper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the product. The build quality is good and eventhough I've only used a couple weeks it is sturdy and hope it will last a long time. I like that the readings only take a couple seconds and the neddle has adustable trigger deepness. my girlfried and I have used it and I realiez that my skin bleeds much easier on the low settings but my girlfriend needs to adjust the needle to a higher size in order to get the same resutls. Overall is a great product I would recoment it. this is the first glucose meter I tried.

It has a large digital read out, makes it a breeze to quickly see a reading to get on with your day. The finger poke on this device was about the same I have experienced with other meters.

The machine is lightweight and emits a beep when the test strip is inserted, and when the blood sample has been collected.The lancing device is adjustable and is relatively painless, which I truly appreciate, as my fingertips get sensitive.
