I have used many different kinds of glucose meters over the pass several years. I find that this meter is very easy to use and just the right size to hold. It is also easy to read as the information is large and clear. The meter also displays a lot of useful information.

With the new meter I can use or keep in my emergency kit as well but I actually likes it more than my current meter. It came with a spare battery and really cute/discreet carrying case that fits nicely into my bag. So far no issues with the product. Would highly recommend and would buy.

The screen and numbers are large which makes it easy to see if someone has vision issues. The meter is easy to hold on to and i would say medium in size. Only a small amount of blood needed on the test strip which is awesome. The test strip slides into the port super easy. My test are always very accurate so no worries there. I absolutely love the strip release button on the meter;my favorite feature. I just simply drop it into the trash without touching it again. I think this is a great quality meter overall and will definitely recommend it. Pros: Easy to use Easy to read Cons: None

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im type 2 diabetic. I used the TrueMetrix Blood Glucose Meter this morning. After set up, i received my blood sugar level in under 1 minute. It appears to be accurate. Setting up the time of day/ date was easy by following instructions in the manual thats included.The lancet device is light and easy to install new lancet. The meter is simple to use and after researching lancet and Test strips, its also affordable for me. The carrying case with zipper provided fit into my purse nicely. Its a keeper!

My stepfather is new to having diabetes and was in need of a reliable meter to check his blood glucose; now, he and my mother love the quick and accurate results that they receive every time. Also, there is the fact that there are plenty of strips provided for use. I will definitely recommend this product to all who are in need of keeping up w/ their glucose levels within their blood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this meter but being a Type 1 diabetic there were not the advanced features I am looking for. If you need a basic meter for occasional checking of your glucose levels this would work fine. The display is large and easy to read however I did find the test strips to be small and difficult to handle especially if I am shaking from my occasional lows. This has some good features but for my personal needs I really need a meter with wifi capabilities.
