Have used these Michelin Defender LTX M+S tires for 12 months now on my work car, a Honda CRV , 2009 model. They are 225- 65R 17 tires with about 8000 km so far. The best ride of all the tires we have used so far. We use Michelin Latitude x-ice tires on our winter rims. We have purchased seven sets of tires from Michelin since 2009. Three sets of winter ice tires and four sets of Defenders. ( 3 sets of T + H and 1 set of LTX M/ S ). The LTX M/S are by far my favourite tire. They look great too ! Three vehicles are all running Michelin tires. Never had a problem yet. You pay a bit more for good quality, but get great piece of mind and much more safety on the road.

Bought these tires 60k+ miles ago. Been very happy with them. We have used them in snow, ice, rain, dirt and dry desert roads. Family camping trips, cross country road trips and daily drives. They have held up great. I'm on here planning ahead for my next set, so figured I'd leave a review.

The best tires money can buy, I replaced factory tires Bridgestone with only 3,000 miles on them because I had two flats and then after a rotation developed a vibration I could not get rid of, put the Michelins on an no problem and all the other problems went away, plus I know with winter coming and wet weather the Michelins will be much safer on the road. I have them on all three of my vehicles.

We have always bought Michelin tires and have always had excellent service with the exception of this last set. Put a new set on 2008 Honda Ridgeline mileage 69,000 and now we took them to be balanced and they tell us htey are f"feathering" coming apart. And that we need a new set of tires, mileage is not 132,000. We are looking to another dealer. but would still recomment Michelin.

Have had direct experience with this particular tire since 2006 when they were supplied as original equipment on the Honda Ridgeline. Now as a retired import technician, I can honestly say that I have never seen a problem with these tires under normal driving conditions. With normal tire rotation, tire pressure checks, and correct wheel alignment, I have seen them last well past 130,000 kilometres before reaching the wear markers. They are a great tire for light duty trucks and SUV's. I personally recommended and installed these tires to many customer vehicles with very positive results always. I can say with confidence that my recent set of improved LTX Defenders that I installed on my 2008 Honda Ridgeline have exceeded expectations. They are quiet, have great road feel, and improved grip in slippery conditions.

I recently purchaced a 2017 Chevy Colorado. The tires that came on it were possibly ok can't really evaluate them as I replace them with the Michelins promptly after purchasing the truck. The reason I replaced the original tires was due to previously having LTX tires on my previous truck that lasted 11years with no problems, a smooth and quiet ride and excellent performance. Michelin Defender Tires They make great affordable tires, and safety is a must on the mountain in the wintertime. Great performance, smooth riding, quiet tires, very comfortable ride. Installation was a bit pricey,I need 5 new ones on my SUV now. Yes,I recommend these tires.

I've logged 30,000 km so far on these tires. They are quiet and have remarkable traction and grip in snow and rain. I've had Michelin tires on all my vehicles for the past 40 years, except once when I tried another brand. I was sorry I did and changed back to Michelin and won't consider another brand again.

I just replaced our 2007 Sprinter's LTX M/S 2 tires with the Defender LTX (it seems the LTX M/S 2 was replaced by these), and wanted to mention that the M/S 2's were really a great set of tires. There was still a little tread left above the wear bars at 111,000 miles over five years of driving in all sorts of Texas weather. I also ride a road bicycle and am always pleased with Michelin's bicycle tires too.

I have almost 52,000 miles on my tires. I could go probably another 5 to 8,000 miles. Thread is getting close to the tire wear markers. We are an older couple in our mid-70's. I decided to purchase another set of 4 because I wanted to be sure we do not have tire problems. We still travel a lot. Handles in all weather very well plus the potholes in a few roads we travel. Be safe/feel safe with these tires. We have over 100,000 miles on our truck.
