Very nice Shark Vac

Like I said in March Of this year I purchased this at Sam’s Club. I had the Shark Navigator and loved it so I thought I would love this as well. Well I used this a few times (I have pug, but it says for dogs) the sweeper keeps getting Clogged so I have to take it apart and unclog. I’m so upset like I said shark steamer I have the navigator but for some reason I’m having so many unnecessary issues with this one, ugg!!! There’s nothing like having a good vacuum because when your floors are clean it makes everything else look great.

This is the worst vacuum shark has made. I bought two 1 year ago only opened one and used it. The hose split in several places, the handle has a little blue locking part made of plastic when the two little parts that lock your handle in break you have to buy the whole handle I ordered one which cost 80.00 than the base that holds up the vacuum broke I had to have the whole base replaced which cost another 180.00. Than today the blue plastic part that holds the handle in place broke again. Most of sharks heads on the vacuum can easily be replaced with just a new head on this model it can't be replaced you have to order the whole vacuum that's why it's so cheap they kill you on parts. I may take the other one back because it junk.

I have a business and a few air bnb properties. I have a Shark vacuum cleaner in every location, including my own home! I usually love them! (Thats why I keep buying them) but I HATE this one! The cord is too short, it doesn’t pick up like the other ones do, the front keeps falling off, the accessories fall off of their brackets and it just feels cheap. Definitely not Shark quality!

Snaps together easily...dust bin is easy to empty...almost fun to use (I don’t care for housework)

I love my new Shark vacuum. Lots of suction.
