Not as good as last Shark purchased

This is the best vacuum EVER! It it self propelled so you don't ever have to push it and the suction is amazing.

Got this vacuum to replace the one we’ve had for 8 years. This one quit the second it touched carpet. Not sure if it is just a bad vacuum or not, but definitely not a good sign if this is where their quality is nowadays.

I had to get this replaced twice. It’s not worth the money. Get something else. Maybe a Dyson. I’ve had both and I prefer the Shark Stick over these things. It just isn’t worth the trouble.

I loved my old model Shark. This one has a much shorter cord, which is annoying, and hardly picks up at all. The rotator locks up on carpet, and my carpet is very short. I'm already shopping for something else.

I have had this vacuum a little over 13 years. It has never given me any problem and has worked exactly as it should. The only reason I am on this page is trying to decide at that age whether to replace the hose attachment (which is splitting) or just order the new vacuum. Have had lots of different kinds of cleaners in my life but never one as effective as this. 13 years ago was about to buy a Dyson when I happened to see these. It was only about 1/5 of the price of the Dyson so I convinced myself to buy it, really not thinking it would last very long. Was I ever wrong. 13 years later. I think it would last much longer if I just replaced the hose attachment, but think I will just buy a new one. Thanks Shark for making your product like it should be which is very unusual these days.
