Shark Rotator Pet Plus Upright Vacuum

The hose doesn't stretch longer than 5 feet and it's very awkward to use.

It did not pick up carpet nap as well as I thought it should.  The shark does a better job.

If you are looking for a vacuum buy this

I typically love Shark vacuums. I got this since it was on sale. It doesn’t work as well as previous sharks I have had. I need to buy something else for my hardwood. 

It works decent in carpet, but not good for hard floor.

I'm happy with the vacuum cleaner. I purchased 2 at the same time. I'm not so happy with the delivery. One arrived in good shape, the other was opened, the box was torn and taped shut, the attachment for cleaning up pet hair was gone and the instructions were gone. I haven't heard back from Sam's Club yet regarding replacement of the missing part.
