From the initial use, a red light came on intermittently. We used the trouble shooting guide and no luck. Disappointed since out previous model works great.

I purchased this vacuum because it was smaller and it was a great price. It does a great job! But, the canister is so large, I still cannot use it under furniture and in smaller areas.

This vacuum is very heavy and difficult to maneuver. Upon first use the brush indicator light came on and I had to stop to clean off the brush. It did not have much on it. I have a feeling this one is not going to last long.

This Shark vacuum was just as advertised. Ease of use, great suction, and great at picking up pet hair with the included attachment. Emptying canister is easy as can be...one touch. Great little vacuum at a great price!

Very happy with my new Shark Navigator. Easy to use, even goes about 6 inches under my furniture. I am replacing a Dyson and I like this a lot better, very good suction for pet hair, etc. Got it for a great price yoo.

This thing works great. The only down side it the cord is very short. I have a pretty small house 980 square feet and have to unplug it twice to do my whole home. Other than that it's great.

I love this vacuum. The suction is amazing. I have a yellow lab and she sheds like crazy. I also do in home dog sitting, so dog hair is everywhere, but this vacuum gets it all up.

Really like this vacuum! Read lots of reviews-some complaining it has lots of plastic. I don’t mind that. It makes this large capacity vacuum light enough for me to use easily. Great suction, easy clean & I like the swivel head.

Just the right vacuum to do wood floors and carpet in one task. Maybe a little hard to push and a bit wobbly at first, you get used to it. Easy to empty dirt canister so you're more apt to do that afterwards each time. I would buy it again.

Very easy to use and light. I've always had a regular size vacuum cleaner. This one is amazing. It's half the size and just as powerful. Very maneuverable.
