Did not like that the coffee was not hot enough. Had splashes all over the counter while brewing. Going back to the Keurig Elite. Highly recommend. You can choose the temperature and auto shut off and just seemed to make a better cup of coffee.

Easy to use. I bought a different cheaper keurig and returned it when I found this one on sale and I’m glad I did. I love this one. We use it for hot chocolate all the time.

Small footprint Keurig brews a great cup of coffee, convenient and quick. Ice coffee feature is a great option to add, very pleased with this product.

This machine replaced a Kuerig platinum 70 after eleven years of constant use. Like the stronger brew feature for that little extra kick in your coffee.

After 15 years, my old Keurig finally died. I thought I would move on from them, but I found that I just can't make a cup of regular coffee as well. I love this brewer's looks and functionality, as well as making a good cup of coffee.

This is the 6th Keurig I have purchased. Three were gifts and this latest one, for myself, is my favorite! All the features I like- size of cup , strength of flavor, and automatic shut off. I’m a loyal fan!!!!

Be careful because pods will burst in this one and it takes months to get rid of the coffee grounds.The Keurig company has no idea what to do about it and insist on sending more pods.Other than that the machine is nice.

I love my new Keurig! The 5 holes instead of 1 to let the water flow thru the coffee makes a big difference. The water reservoir is larger but the whole Keurig takes up less room on my counter. Has wonderful features as well!

Costumer service has been great at Keurig. I’m on my 3rd Keurig K- Supreme Single Serve Coffee Maker. We’ve had issues with descale light. Hopefully the new one will be better.

My family noticed right away that the coffe does taste better. I think the new technology where the pod gets pierced in several areas of the k-cups, is much better than the old design.
