I'm not happy with it and would like to return it for credit. The canister is smaller than I thought and the lid doesn't close completely. How can I return it for credit?

I had a Keurig. But, never had a good cup of coffee. Heard about the multi-stream Keurig. I am in love. Drinking 2-3 cups a day. Love the speed and variety.

We really like the small coffee maker. It takes up less counter space and offers the option to use ground coffee or pods. The reservoir has sufficient water for many cups of coffee and the coffee maker turns itself off between cups.

Love the Keurig but the first week I had a mechanical issue with unit. Keurig support agreed to take it back if it happens again but I was not happy that it happened.

I've bought and returned these over 3 times, they last a few weeks and then stop working. Last one I bought ran for a few minutes... made 2 cups of coffee, and on the 3rd cup, it died.

i love bold coffee. this keurig has a strong setting plus it has multi-stream technology. i love mornings and best coffee brewer ever! you will not regret purchasing this keurig.

Had the original single serve but this new K Supreme is easier and quicker. Holds four cups of water and is ready to go when I need it. And it is very quiet so I don't wake up the house making an early cup of coffee!

Machine was received with the plastic case apart and the plastic feels very flimsy and cheap. The machine itself works beautifully and I love how fast and quiet it is. Glad I didn’t pay full price for it.

I love the reservoir that I don't have to fill all the time and dispenses the right amount. I can select various levels and strengths. It is fast. Nothing I don't like about it. Now let's see about the long term care and maintenance.

I purchased this because our coffee maker was old. The coffee was more flavorful, i didnt know what we are missing. It takes up less space on counter.
