We really like the small coffee maker. It takes up less counter space and offers the option to use ground coffee or pods. The reservoir has sufficient water for many cups of coffee and the coffee maker turns itself off between cups.

The new 'strong' function does give a stronger brew. Also like the size of footprint - does not take up huge amount of counter space. The power button is appreciated, it is easy to remove and replace reservoir without leaks.

Like the style, function, new flow style and extra Sam's features. Requires more frequent descaling then our previous 8 models but that is a plus actually. Great value, slim smooth look a winner.

I needed a replacement coffee make as the heating element shorted out after two years and load and loads of cups of coffee. The customer service person was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Nice coffee maker but the tank is very wobbly and If it is not sitting just right the pump does not draw water from it. It should have some kind of latch or groove to capture the tank more securely.

This is my second Keurig in silver sage color. I sure hope this one last longer than the last one. Last one stopped working after I did a descaling and it was only 18 months old.

I am so glad that I purchased this Keurig.. so much better than my older one.. there are many more options for ounces... stronger brew, and iced coffee! Perfect for the summer.

I'm not happy with it and would like to return it for credit. The canister is smaller than I thought and the lid doesn't close completely. How can I return it for credit?

Absolutely love it! The white color is so pretty. Easy access to refill the water, and the coffee tastes great. I really like the new sleek design, however, our old kuerig lasted a really long time, so that was a plus.
