Needs to go back to the drawing board. First one only made Luke warm coffee after 2 weeks, second one they sent me same thing. Not adequate engineering in this design, and there is NOT a temperature adjustment like it displays that there is. :(

The BEST coffee pot ever!!! It makes the water hot, but also had a button for ice coffee!!! I love that the water is easily gotten out to fill up!! It's a perfect coffee pod pot!!!! Love it!!

This is my first Keurig and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I no longer have to clean a coffee pot every day. This is simple, easy to keep clean and it makes GREAT coffee. My husband and I are very pleased.

This Keurig is simple and easy to use, heats up quickly, and has a nice size water reservoir. I bought one for our main house, and liked it so much I bought a second one for our guest house.

This machine is much faster than our old one. It is also great to be able to pick cup size and beverage strength. The large reservoir is a time saver.

My first Keurig Coffee Maker. The price was discounted and I felt it was a good deal. It came with some K-pods which were convenient and a good selection. It works great and I enjoy using it.

my daughter is in love with the new keurig. she can tell the difference in the amount of flavor she can get out of one pod now. we had the classic on for a few years and it finally gave in.

I needed a replacement coffee make as the heating element shorted out after two years and load and loads of cups of coffee. The customer service person was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

There is definitely a taste difference versus my older brewer. The water pitcher is very nice to refill. Love everything about it EXCEPT the design of it seems to cause pretty much splashing when it is brewing. Not great, but not a deal breaker.

I bought this a month ago because my previous coffee maker stopped working, and I like this one so much more. It has a clean look and the movable water tank is super convenient.
