Love the water reservoir. Handle is a good touch. I find the changing between filling your own pod and using filled pods a little awkward but I am getting better at it.

I love my new Keurig! The 5 holes instead of 1 to let the water flow thru the coffee makes a big difference. The water reservoir is larger but the whole Keurig takes up less room on my counter. Has wonderful features as well!

I got this about 2 weeks ago now and am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I was apprehensive about spending this much on a coffee maker but I'm glad I did. 5/5 Stars.

We have had the coffee maker a few weeks now. Hopefully it will last for a while. We've never had a Keurig coffee maker last more than a year. We are giving it another try since the design has been improved on.

YA'LL this is the absolute BEST Coffee maker I have ever purchased and I have had 3 so far and this is THE BEST!!! I like the single serve because I am the only one in the home that drinks coffee. I love the handle on the refillable flask.

I'm not happy with it and would like to return it for credit. The canister is smaller than I thought and the lid doesn't close completely. How can I return it for credit?

The best Keurig ever. No more waiting for the water to heat up. It's like on demand hot water. It even has a choice for ice coffee. Works great. I'm very happy with it.

This is so different then my prior Keurig brewer and even a Cusinart version. This system is just so different in brewing through pods. I can now wake up and taste the coffee

I like to alternate my own ground coffee beans and k-cups that are flavored and don’t like they don’t use the same receptacle. This is probably my 6th coffee brewer and I’m sure I’ll keep buying them but I find this inconvenient and annoying.

The BEST coffee pot ever!!! It makes the water hot, but also had a button for ice coffee!!! I love that the water is easily gotten out to fill up!! It's a perfect coffee pod pot!!!! Love it!!
