Well this one does not have option to customize your coffee like strength, hot like my other ones do. But ;l like it but thought I was getting the same one.

Having the reservoir and the brewing strength and size choices improve the convenience of this single-serve brewer. The sample pods included are so-so at best.

A real nice coffee brewer. Unfortunately ours broke about a week after we got it. The descale light started blinking and it wouldn't brew. Keurig is going to replace it. Hopefully in the next few days.

There is definitely a taste difference versus my older brewer. The water pitcher is very nice to refill. Love everything about it EXCEPT the design of it seems to cause pretty much splashing when it is brewing. Not great, but not a deal breaker.

I like this coffee maker because it’s not very expensive but at the same time I rarely get much more than a year out of it before it fails. And that’s even descaling at least once. Just not a very durable piece of machinery.

I gave away my old large Keurig for this new one that is only 5" wide with the reservoir placed in the back in a straight line. It is simple and nearly perfect. I do miss the temp feature.

Love the water reservoir. Handle is a good touch. I find the changing between filling your own pod and using filled pods a little awkward but I am getting better at it.

Extremely quiet and not like other models that make that quirky sound when pouring into cup or after fill up. Love the handy configuration choice for space saving.

Have had this for 2 weeks and it makes good coffee without the mess or the typical brewing time of other systems. I love the ease of use, and the variety of pods available. Glad I finally got it.

So far we love it. The thing we like the most is it really saves space in our tiny kitchen. I haven't tried the iced coffee feature yet but am eager to do so.
