This is my first Keurig, and I cannot believe that I've gone this long without it. Primarily, I use it for hot tea and instant coffee, but its several times a day. I really love that you can select 6, 8, 10, or 12 ounces because I use each of these at different times. Also, I'm glad it has a 2 quart container for the water. But now that I love it so much, I cannot imagine life without it. By the way, it's October, and we are well into fall. What a lovely early birthday surprise this little Keurig was! It has found it's way to my heart and a place of distinction, right next to the electric kettle.

I purchased this to replace my K 2.0 to save counter space. I am very pleased with this unit and very surprised that it is extremely quiet with instant hot water. There is virtually no sound except for the coffee first hitting the bottom of the empty cup. Also the auto off in 5 minutes is a plus.

Like everything about the performance except for the inconvenience of switching from pods to my own coffee. I have to remove the pod holder completely and insert a different holder for the reusable filter. I am hoping someone comes up with a reusable filter that doesn’t require the removal of the pod holder.

I bought this to replace my keurig that was about 8 years old. They have cheaped out the materials so much this thing is as light as a feather. When you pull the reservoir off the machine slides across the counter because it’s so light. It’s very obvious that user experience has lowered in importance and manufacturing the cheapest machine possible is the new objective. It honestly feels like a $20 coffee maker that you’d see in a hotel room. Sorry to say I will prefer using my nespresso machine.

I love my new Keurig K-Supreme. Our Classic made so much noise pumping the water and heating up, it woke my husband in the morning. The Supreme is super quiet, almost instantaneous to brew and so easy to use. Big self-explanatory buttons on the top. The water tank is easy to fill. I use water filtered from my Britta, so I am hoping there will be little scale buildup, just like my Classic. I've had my Classic for at least 5 or 6 years, so I am hoping the Supreme will last as long with the proper care.

I had Keurig a coffee maker which finally just gave out after several years of use. I liked it but I love my new Keurig K-Supreme. Technology has advanced so much since my first Keurig. The last one gave me a good cup of coffee after quite noisily warming up for a minute or so. My new Keurig heats up almost immediately with very little noise. I also was surprised and grateful that Keurig included with my order, for free, 48 coffee and tea pods.

Like the previous Keurig Coffee Maker's I have purchased, this model doesn't disappoint. I like the quick-on feature by just raising the lid dropping in a pod, close the lid, select cup size and then start. The MultiStream feature makes a great tasting cup of coffee.

Just started using my new Keurig Supreme and I absolutely love it. Finally Keurig has figured out how to give us a good cup of coffee, not the weak brew from the previous models. Their new method of brewing gives a full bodied, flavorful cup of coffee, almost instantaneously. No waiting for water to heat up. Just push the button and the coffee starts brewing. I really, really love my Keurig Supreme. Thank you Keurig.

The new pot is wonderful. Punching 5 holes in the top of the pod means the coffee is brewed evenly and so quickly the coffee seems hotter than my original Keurig. The web site needs a lot of work in my opinion. I ultimately had to call for help and the pot was still sent to an old address. This is very frustrating and worries me about trying to make any changes to my automatic delivery.

In the past I had the K-Mini but felt the water tank was just too small and it got a bit annoying to refill for every cup. Then I had a larger traditional Keurig and felt it wasted too much space on the counter top. :) Finally I found my perfect match! It's as slim as the K-Mini (if you position the tank in the back) but holds a lot more water AND has a ton more features. Love it!
