HORRIBLE!!!

I bought this 4 months ago and descaled it 5 times and none of my pods work. All water no coffee. Very very upset! Poor quality

26 cups

Thats hoe lonk it lasted. On cup 27 it started to warm...and then ZAP! It quit. No, it didn't flip a breaker. Just sounded like it burned a fuse.

Great Features

The multistream feature is a big improvement to taste. We are very happy with this new brewer. No waiting for water to heat up. Quiet, too.

I hate it.

I wish I had taken it back and gotten another model. It clogs all the time. Can’t use certain coffees. Clogs every time.
