Stopped Working After 7 Months

It was great for about 7 months and then one day it would not come on anymore. Very frustrating.

I was buying but not after reading reviews

1 in 6 BAD reviews are not good numbers. Do better and I will try next time I need a coffee maker. But this time I will try another coffee maker.

Bad product

Descale won't turn off even after Descale. Only puts out a littlecoffee If that . Problem after 3 months

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Supreme and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Dont

First one lasted less than two months. Friends lasted 3 months. Stay away from Keurig. Not the product they use to be.

Keurig #2

2 keurigs in less than 1 year. Same model same problem. Just followed descaling steps, descaling light stays on, 2 week later stopped working.

Love this Keurig

I love the features of this machine. I have recently started drinking iced coffee and it is great that I can do it right at home..I just wish this machine was able to make more than 6 oz at a time

DESCALE STUCK

The descale light WILL NOT go away, no matter what you do. I use filters & only bottled water, there’s zero reason to descale. But, I did it with their vinegar water and the light remains! Ridiculous!

Thank you for sharing your review. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use! Love it's convenience

It's been many years since I had a keurig and the difference between what I was using is amazing. The new keurig brews so fast! The temperature is perfect and with 5 holes the flavor is so much better.

Coffee Grinds every time!

I can’t make a cup without grinds falling into my cup or the K-cup exploding! I emailed and called Customer service the 3weeks ago and never heard a thing,
