I passed on buying this model in the past because I thought that the water tank had to sit in an L-shaped configuration. In fact, the user can choose it's orientation. I like the new design which allows full access to the pod when the handle is elevated. The brew time seems longer, but the resulting coffee is outstanding

I purchased this as a gift for a relative when their previous Keurig stopped working. This machine is much lighter and easier for them to move around the counter as well as to fill the water reservoir. The gray color was not ideal but black was not available. Overall, it is easy to use and makes a solid cup of coffee.

My old Keurig, which I had for years, slowly gave up the ghost, eventually refusing to turn on. So of course we were relieved to get this new one, but it is also (so far) the best thing since sliced bread. It looks sleek, it makes coffee fast, the reservoir holds plenty of water, the filter works beautifully, and it makes great, great coffee. Much better coffee than our old machine, no matter what size coffee we choose. And I really love 1) being able to remove the base for larger drinks (12 oz is largest) and 2) being able to use clear items like a measuring cup instead of a mug.

This isn’t nearly as good as the Keurig I replaced. I guess I had the next level up last time. I didn’t see it when I was shopping and I didn’t want the “smart” coffee maker so I picked the next level down. The reservoir is way smaller.. The brewer is very loud and kinda messy… lots of splatter. Fewer size setting and no temp setting. Also the cost was the same as what I paid for the much better machine last time.

I bought this to replace a Keurig 2.0 that's apparently been discontinued. The K-Supreme was on sale, and works great! I really appreciate the water tank having a handle to more easily move and fill the tank. It also holds more water than the 2.0 so that's a plus! I'm really happy with the purchase.

Very nice coffee pot. Doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter top. Oh yeah, it makes good coffee, depending on the blend of course. The freebies that come with it are really good. I used the adapter that came with it and used my own. It won't hold as much grounds as I'd like so I have to use the 8 ounce setting. Other than that the coffee came out good and the adapter was easy to use. I took one star off because the directions were difficult to ascertain that there were two different models. I didn't know that and it took a little while to determine which model I had. I also didn't know there wasn't a "ready" light on the front to let me know the cup was brewed and ready to drink. I think that is crucial for any coffee pot.

As someone who doesn't have much counter space, I appreciate that the water reservoir can be positioned either on the side or in the rear of the brewer. The color is beautiful, and of course this unit works wonderfully to brew a cup of coffee pretty quickly. The only downside is that I had to purchase a specific filter (My K-Cup) to brew my own coffee, but that's nothing against this unit. Overall this is a good value and I would recommend it to anyone who is a bit tight on counter space like me.

I went through 2 keurig machines already through the years. I have to have my coffee before I get out of bed so it sits right on my bedstand. My old ones whined 24/7 so I had to keep the machine unplugged. But my new one lets me make cup after cup without refilling the reservoir. I am so happy with this. My only worry is that the reservoir I take out to refill is made for thin cheap plastic and I can see it cracking in not too long. Hope it doesn't though.

I had to replace an existing Keurig unit because of electrical problems. This new Keurig unit is so much better than the last one. This one has an almost instant heating element so your brew starts within 4-5 seconds after make a selection of cup size. This one also shuts down the heating element when the brew is finished. This unit is light years ahead of the old unit which was only 4 years old. The system has a smaller footprint and lower cost. Congratulations to the design team on this one for being an excellent model.

Have been very happy with our Keurig 2.0 but old age was setting in. Decided to try this new updated, simplified version . Our coffee tastes even better. It is nice and hot and is so quick and user friendly. We give it an A for appearance, ease of use, and even better cup of coffee.
