I bought this about a month ago. It has a few bumps that I didn’t expect for being so new. There is ak trouble shooting page that explains how to fix it. I haven’t tried yet, but I enjoy the good coffee I get anyway. Will definitely tweak it. I only hope it doesn’t get too expensive to keep up. Fits well in the space.

I've had my new Keurig for a couple weeks and it does not disappoint. I love the new style with the option of placing the water tank in the back or side. Side works best for me right now. I like the size and strength options and the option of making an ice coffee. The coffee has more flavor due to heavier saturation because more holes are poked into the pods. Great idea. I liked this Keurig coffee pot so much, I ordered another one and had it sent to my daughter in North Carolina. Hers came with a couple boxes of Keurig coffee pods. Such a deal.

For the most part I love it! Definitely notice a richer more flavorful cup of coffee than with my old Keurig. I love the four size options and the fact that it states the number of ounces as opposed to the pictures of the cups. (It’s the little things). The compact size is so much better on my countertop and the water reservoir is easier to fill with the handle. The only thing I’m not thrilled with...... I use a lot of ground coffee, so I use the reusable “My K Cup”. The k cup holder in the machine is much harder to pop out to get the reusable one in than it was in my older machine. There’s less space at the back to get your fingers in there.

I purchased this about a month ago as an upgrade for my last keurig, which I had for 7 years. That one was an add water as you want coffee model, and I had constant issues with it, including brewing cold and simply not brewing (this happened at least once a week since I purchased it). So far, I am happy with the quality of the machine, options for brewing, and taste of my coffee. Well worth the purchase!

I had covid the beginning of the year and my husband and I gave up coffee. A couple weeks after recovering I wanted a hot beverage in the morning and hot tea just doesn't do it for me. Since hubby decided to stay off coffee, I decided it was time for a Keurig. It's a nice compact machine and the combo pack (pods, reusable filter, etc.) that came with it made it a nice deal. I've tried different brands of pods, but, truly, the coffee quality is really marginal. Maybe it's because I normally buy fresh roasted beans locally, burr grind them, and have a fairly high-end coffeemaker. I'll try to go back to grinding my own beans and using the reusable filter to see if I can get a decent cup.

Got first machine, it did not even start and had to get replacement. The new one worked but in couple days, it only pours few drops of coffee, despite selecting 10 or 12 oz. We do not expect such poor quality coffee maker from such respected company. Better to buy other coffee maker and just use their k cups

I got this coffee maker to replace an old Keurig that was no longer working well. I have had it about two weeks and so far it works great. The coffee is brewed quickly and is very hot -- something my old Keurig could no longer do. The reservoir is easier to fill and also has a smaller footprint than my previous Keurig.

I received this model as a gift. I originally had a Keurig maker that had the programmable time and timer on, and was wary about this one not being able to do that. HOWEVER, they made up for that lack of function by it being almost immediately ready to brew once you put the k-cup in. It doesn't have a start up heat cycle, or if it does, it's very short. It makes random cups of coffee in the afternoon WAY shorter to make. I really like this design and model.

This is a great machine. I love how it holds more water than our old one and the "strong" feature. It is also a nice design feature to have the option of the water tank on the side or the back. Coffee tastes delicious and it looks good on our counter top.

I bought this unit new the last week of November to replace my old unit that gave out. This is the exact model I had for 3 years to the month. I liked all the features on this unit and its small size. I hope that I get another 3 years of service out of this one.
