The only issue I have with it is that it hard to figure out when it is ready to use and the area is tight between cup and bottom of dispenser

Quiet, fast ,love ithope it lasts as long as the first one which came out, one downfall , have to take bottom apart to use my husbands mug

Coffee maker is ail plastic, Had to put pads under to stop it slipping when using. Coffee is good when made.

I've only had this model a month but love it! The larger water tank{less refilling}, more choices of flavor of coffee and oz. size cups.
