Tastes very similar to the original Jameson just more refined. The black barrel is a blended whiskey like traditional Jameson and the label means it was finished longer and in additional barreling processes. Its easy drinking and slightly more bodied than the traditional blend. A good bottle to purchase if you already love the tried and true!

While traveling in Ireland my cousin and I bonded over many evenings especially after touring the distillery there. However, we love Blenders Dog. We both have finished our purchase and cannot get it In Arizona. Any chance you might export to USA Black Barrel is the best choice we have now

I've always been a jack d and Jameson guy as my go to drinks. i like them neat. and i came to both the Jameson distilleries last year and had the black barrel, and now that's our go to. my wife and i actually just got married and have a bottle of black barrel locked up in a box with our wedding vows in it. it's just a great tasting whiskey.

Jameson is good when you’re sad, when you’re happy, when you’re celebrating, in your coffee, as a shot, with ginger beer. Jameson is just straight up good good whiskey. It’s always my go to and is refreshingly smooth and always consistent. Just like me.

Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey 750 ml is absolutely amazing if you're a true whiskey aficionado. It's triple distilled & twice charred...the charring method intensifies the taste, making it rich and complex. Best whiskey is Best sipped and I personally love a pickleback... sipping pickle juice for each sip of whiskey. Also also used said whiskey as a base in my dark chocolate batter withing my Irish car bomb cupcakes I made this past Saint Patrick's Day. They were a hit!!
