Just drove 7,000 miles on these newtires

So, far these tires we purchased are holding up great! Just returned back from a trip across the states and they performed excellent! We'll be rotating them very shortly. That is probably the most important thing to do with tires is to rotate them on a regular basis. Thank you! HWB

Great tire wears fast

Great tires! Good in snow (Colorado) and Excellent in the rain. Reasonable price. Rides smooth and comfortable. Little to no road noise. Very good handling. Grabs the road for good, even braking. Tires have been on approximately 12,500 miles, rotated three times, ready to be replaced.

Primacy for Acura TL-Type S

Switched out the OEM Pilot MXM4's for Primacy MXV4's. They are quiet, free-rolling, and living up to the tread wear guarantee. I did not find a difference in the car's handling - and I do "drive" my car. I would purchase the Primacy again, especially since they are less expensive than the Pilots!

Great Ride, Quiet, Improved Handling ...

Original tires on my 2008 Honda Civic coupe were getting noisy and needed to be replaced. My research placed the Primacy MXV4 in the top three for a combination of handling, low noise, ride comfort. Because I have always been satisfied with Michelin tires, I gave them a shot. All I can say is ... these tires PERFORM! Around town, on the freeway, rain or shine, the MXV4s live up to their high ratings.

Ride Is Not As Good As Previous Tires

These tires were installed on a 2011 Avalon on August 29, 2013 and currently have been driven 4,151 miles. The installation was done at an Authorized Michelin Dealer and an alignment was completed at the same time. It appears to me that the ride is somewhat rough -- not a smooth as previous Michelin Tires. When I purchased the Avalon - it did not have Michelin tires and I couldn't wait to make the purchase of the new tires.

I am pleased!

I have preferred and driven Michelin radial tires on every vehicle I have owned since 1967. If the cars came with other tires, I switched to Michelin at the first reasonable opportunity. The quality and performance of the Michelins are unmatched by the competition and I am content to pay a little more to get the best and safest tires. This was proven to me again in my latest purchase. I purchased a new Mazda 3 in 2012. The car came with a different tire. Though I got 40k miles on the original tires, despite scheduled rotation and balancing, the tires were cupped and noisy when I replaced them, though they technically still had sufficient tread left. The new Michelin tires are quiet, smooth riding, and handle beautifully. I trust they will do so for many thousands more miles; 46 years worth of experience assures me that they will.

Primacy MXV4 is as advertised!

Road noise is vastly reduced from the replaced Pilot MXM4 tires. Gas mileage has improved between 5% and 10%. We are in a severe drought, so handling on wet roads has not been tested. Very few weights were required when the wheels were balanced. My Pilot HX MXM4 P255 55 R16 is not available in the Primacy line. I replaced them with Primacy MXV4 P215 60 V R16, (nearest size available). No problems with the new size.

Very slippery on wet roads

I have had these tires for a little over 30,000 miles and initially was very happy with them. Within the past 5000 miles they have become very difficult to use when the roads are wet or when raining. It is difficult to start without spinning my tires when starting from a stop.

We are repeat customers. ...

We are repeat customers. After years of careful literature review and critiquing our tire experience, we continue to return to Michelin. On two occasions in the last year, with our tires near replacement wear, we were in emergency situations and the Michelin stopping ability was still there. Quick stopping saved us from severe injury or death.

Excellent tire choice

I've always been a Michelin tire guy. The ride, reliability, and distance has been outstanding for any of the Michelin's I've purchased. I really don't like road noise. Every Michelin tire I've owned was quite. I've owned Energy MXV4+, Latitudes, LTX's, and the Primacy's. I will always be a Michelin tire guy.
