Bought 24 roses. Delivered 18. 5 were faded orange and brown wilted. Tried calling customer service, but an hour wait.

Flowers arrived late. They didn’t last more than a couple of days, then turned black. Horrible experience.

Very disappointed. Did not look like in picture. Hardly any greenery. Will not make purchase again. Roses looked half dead.

I've seen freeway flowers better than these. They looked half dead and very small short stemmed roses. Embarrassed and disappointed
