Arrived a day later than scheduled delivery day. Roses were frozen and probably sitting on a truck in subzero temperatures. Nothing says love and happy Valentine’s Day like dying frozen roses. Yes literally frozen and tips dying. Money should be refunded because product was definitely not as described.

These roses didn't even last 48 hours. Two didn't even last 12 hours! They just fell over. They were bruised and wilted upon opening the box. The morning of the third day the tiny sprig of baby's breath was brown, the roses were almost completely black and even the greenery was wilting. Worse roses I've ever bought. Completely disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would.

The flowers arrived wilted & seemed very small. No greenery or anything like the description. I emailed right away with images & no response 1 week later, poor customer service at that. Flowers off the street are better looking. Even the one's in the store look better but I thought with Covid I'll be safe & order delivery. Never again, not from Sam's at least.

The flowers are not as pictured. There is only one spring of baby's breath and very little greenery. The buds are tiny and some of them are partially black. Some of the leaves have fallen off. I'm embarrassed for my son to give these to his girlfriend but she is arriving in a matter of hours so no time to replace. The roses look cheap and definitely not worth the $40 plus which was paid.

These were for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. They came as promised and were perfect. (I had them delivered 2 days early so that if there was a problem, I could make other plans.) They arrived with a variety of greenery to add to the vase, and it was fresh also. Here it is 1 week later, and they are still beautiful! I would highly recommend ordering these. BTW, as soon as they were delivered, I trimmed off a bit of each stem and placed them into water in which I had mixed the packet of preservative. I then placed them in a cool room until the day of the party. We had many compliments on them, and I was so pleased!

First time buying flowers from Sam's. I will never waste the money again. Flowers pictured are way larger and open. Out the 12 roses, maybe 4 of them opened nicely and looked good. The rest never opened and drooped. All turned dark quickly. One tiny sprig of baby's breath. Why bother? I bought these for the price and I won't make that mistake again.

Red Rose Bouquet Item # 980082141 I ordered the bouquet of 24 roses, approx. stem length: 50cm / 19.5 in. It was supposed to include: * Red Roses * Seeded Eucalyptus * Salal * Lily Grass * Israeli Ruscus * Variegated Pittosporum * Vase Included I did receive 24 roses: 12 were abt 19.5 inches & 12 were abt. 12 inches. The fillers did not include any seeded eucalyptus and variegated pittosporum. There were 2 stems of salal, 4 sprigs of lily grass, 2 stems of leather leaf fern, 2 stems of Israeli ruscus, and 1 stem of split leaf philodendron. Yes, Sam’s “Substitution Policy: To assure optimum freshness, different varieties may be substituted based on availability. In making substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations, and that you will be satisfied with the flower quality and performance.” I wasn’t surprised that there had been a substitute for some of the filler greenery, except that the substitutes did not allow for the bouquet to resemble the photo and did not exceed nor meet my expectations. Additionally, the roses did appear to be fresh when I received them, but they never opened and bloomed. I’ve ordered fresh flowers many times in the past from Sam's and have been satisfied with my purchases and their service. This wasn’t one of the best experiences I’ve had ordering fresh flowers from Sam’s.

I have bought flowers from Sam's several times and was always very pleased. I was really disappointed this time with the greenery. I had ordered it for my daughter in law's surprise 50th birthday party. It made me unhappy to go buy baby's breath and other greenery to make the arrangement. The greenery that I received did not look anything like what was pictured for the arrangement. I have told several friends and family members how pleased I had always been but not this time. Especially when they were going to be scene by at least one hundred people at the party. Roses were beautiful but the greenery was very disappointing. I don't feel like that I should have had to spend more on greenery to make the arrangement look presentable.

Arrived late, and looked like they had been forgotten in a freezer. Glad I already had a vase. The one that came with the flowers might have been big enough for the single dozen, but trying to fit in 36 would have take a shoehorn and would have tipped over if someone sneezed in the next room. Generally have been happy with sam's roses I've bought in store, but what arrived in the mail was very disappointing.

Normally I love their roses, however the additional greenery was not included and the flowers did not fit in the vase. I purchased the 36 count so I expected more for the price. The roses are much better in club. These were very small and some were already dying. I was disappointed as the flowers are usually much better.
