[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband Purchased this washer and I was skeptical. However, i could not be happier with the outcome. Our laundry times have almost been halved because of the loading capacity of the unit. This unit uses so much less water it is hard to believe the clothes are being washed. However, they certainly are and it is done very well. The washer has many different settings and the instructions detail how to use each one. The efficiency of this washer is like no other. I have been running the washer for close to a month now with different types of clothes and garments. The outcome has always impressed me. I Highly recommend this product to anyone in search of a new washer! Oh and the Color! The Champagne matches our laundry room perfectly!

i purchased the washer/dry set and had it delivered on 12/4/20. this is the loudest washer i have ever owned and every use it gets louder and louder. it vibrates my whole house and i can not stand to be inside when it spins as it very loud and annoying. i honestly regret this purchase! both units a pretty much junk for the cost

Maybe this is the new normal but I really hope not. We have the older model of this washer, bought it in November 2013. By November 2019, the bearings have already gone bad. Apparently, this repair is so involved that it's not worth fixing due to the cost of the repair vs buying a new washer. Very disappointing. This washer isn't very good at getting deodorant washed of your clothing either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this washer approximately 2 weeks ago after it was backordered for a few months but it was well worth the wait. Not only does it look beautiful, but it washes clothes great and is very quiet. My only regret is that I didn't purchase it sooner.

This washer has some good points. It's priced right and does load much faster. The down side is that it does not have as many settings and it has very sensitive senders to turn the machine on. Can't fold closets next to it because if you touch the panel the machine stops.

Let me first say that I'm falling in love with our all-new for 2019 Samsung enhanced with Steam Front Load washer; but it wasn't all roses on day one. After much anticipation and excitement leading to receiving our brand new washer, the installers forgot to turn the water back on and they failed to fully tighten the water lines; the result a minor flood occurred as our washer did it's cleaning of my inaugural permanent press wash load. But after scrambling through the Samsung product manual I then tightened the water hoses, so our washer could work as advertised. I am a geek at heart and have whole-heartedly jumped into the Smart home phenomenon, and this Samsung washer does not disappoint it is Smart ready and will send me messages on my smartphone when a load is done and this can and has saved me time that was previous wasted with other machines standing idle with a finished load and dependent on my discovery to there status. The wash cycles and the spin are especially quiet, a new reality that fits nicely in our home and in stark contrast to what we had come to expect from the noisy and dated machines that we have used before. The champagne color and the fit and finish are second to none; I constantly find my self telling others about it's appearance and performance and I am also making detours to pass by the laundry room to enjoy it's appearance. Touching now, the display is very user intuitive with many options to tailor a washing experience for any wash load requirements. And the Samsung washer does not disappoint here, as it quickly gets washes done quicker than has been my experience with other machines. The Steam feature is an enhanced pre-washer for complete cleaning from the get go. It has a wash load size sensor that adjusts the water used and the time to wash based on the size of the load. and this means less cost of ownership and a big time saver. And as you might imagine, I am discovering new features almost everyday with the new love in my life, my Samsung Front load washer.

Love it but would have been happier and $400 richer if they had ACTUALLY SET IT UP. since it is gas I had to call out a plumber.
